We offer dedicated local support to help you with your transition to VoIP and telephone training needs for our business customers in the Branson Tri-Lakes region. This means we will answer your phone call, email, or text and help you resolve your issue(s) either immediately or by scheduling a local technician visit to your premises. Many times, it is better to have our technicians come onsite to diagnose & resolve the situation promptly and without miscommunication. All of our voice customers receive onsite technician support.
Additionally, many of the businesses in this market are too small for their own IT staff so we offer monthly/hourly IT service plans for them. One of our premier business customers had a single IT Systems Administrator working for them. They came to us because he could not keep up with their project requests and ongoing maintenance & tickets. We were able to provide a solution beneficial to them by improving their technology project timelines and reducing their labor and IT costs. An added benefit is that with our help they don’t have to worry about employee vacations or sick days delaying their support.
